"terrible customer service. guy claiming "it is his yard" gives me a nasty lecture on how I'm not wearing steel boots to come and pick up my order of cheese (500g worth). I ask him where he would like me to park and wait next time so as not to upset him in the future and he threatens to not give me my parcel and send me away to get shoes (not the thongs I wearing on my day off) I try to be polite but this guys power complex is next level."

"Have been dealing with bw james for the last 9 months personally and the company i work for has been dealing with them for years. Have always had prompt pickups and have added items at last moment without hassles. Have visited site on a few occasions and have found them helpfull, have seen other comments on here and feel maybe they misunderstood that it is a worksite. The conversations i have had with staff out on the hardstand have been direct and short, this may come across as rude to some people but they have your safety as well as the goods they are loading on their mind.
