"Awful. Really just the nail in the coffin as far as Shiels goes. This time, I purchased a smart watch. It wouldn't connect to my phone so it's would update the time zone. Absolute waste of money. Then they would return it without sending it to their head office. Three weeks later I call them to find out what's happening. 3 days later I finally get a response that it was back in store and could be refunded. I took my money and ran."
