"I've had my Perception Pescador Pilot 12 for 4 years and have been very happy with every aspect of the boat. Recently a small threaded insert pulled out of the hull. It is moulded into the hull as part of the manufacturing process. I took my boat in to Paddlesport Megastore in Myaree for a repair solution. Indy and Richard investigated several options and also enquired with Perception in America on a solution. Still being under the 5 year warranty, instead of repairing it , without hesitation, Perception in the US agreed to replace the entire boat with a new one.
