"I bought a brand new headphone today. Went into a car with a headphone on. Took it off one of an ear broke. Came back after 20mins told them about it. They make an excuses by not refund or exchange. 3 staffs blamed on me. I left my headphone there and walk away. I should kept it and give it to someone who can fit it and use it. Should I come and get it back and give it to charity instead. Otherwise they glue it and resell this product. Bad customer service. Thankyou for your 3 months warranty. Scam cash converters."

They sell you an item with issues, offer you a refund, you go in store to get the refund and then they deny it, all whilst acknowledging they offered a refund but now don't want to. OK place when there's no issues, but ask them to keep their word and you're in the wrong. "The best service of any Cashies in Adelaide, take the time to value your goods and negotiate a fair price for both buying and selling goods. Help you bring things to and from your car and the rooms are always clean. Only bad thing is the vending machine prices went up and the air con in the buys room doesn't work well, someone should get it fixed, I feel bad for the staff. Apart from that it couldn't be better"
