"My car came with throttle unplugged, my SAAS throttle controller was missing. It cost me over $1500 to have new accelerate paddle replaced. I wouldn't recommended this service."
"The mixed reviews for CEVA had me a little concerned heading into transporting my pride and joy from Melbourne to Adelaide... Personally used the open carrier standard service, Vehicle was transported DAYS ahead of schedule and arrived exactly as delivered, and I checked thoroughly. The portal updates were clear and the depots were helpful throughout the process. Thankyou kindly to the CEVA team in Melbourne and Wingfield, id employ you again in a heartbeat!!"
"I utilised ceva to transport my vehicle from Sydney to Perth. The website suggested this would take approximately 3 weeks. Once booked the ETA was immediately 5 weeks, which I thought must be absolute worst case scenario. In the interim I was forced to hire a car at great expense. The car travelled from sydney to adelaide in about a week then sat in Adelaide for more than 3 weeks. I called them daily requesting updates as nothing was forthcoming on the tracking info. The offshore call centre tried, but the language barrier caused difficulties. They couldn't provide any information accept to say they will contact the operaions manager, who wasn't forth coming. In my experience the vehicle tracking info wasn't up to date either. I eventually received my car in perth just over 6 weeks."
"Paid for top premium service. Dropped my car off at Pinkenba/Brisbane for 10 working day delivery. 50 days, no car ! My car was lost in Sydney, when it arrived 2 months later, it had an oil slick on the bonnet, gearbox was stuffed 3k and an extra 59 kilometres on the clock. The big boss of CEVA called me after 3 months to say " Soz ", not good enough, damaged car and extra ks means it left the depot. After all that I'm left with a broken gearbox. I paid for top logistics and not worth it. Not nice people who will leave you dry,"
"New driver. Got bogged on my property, fairly clueless. An Indian gentleman, and an Indian boss, I believe, after speaking on the phone to him. The very 1st thing the boss said to me, indeed, before the obligatory pleasantries, was to try and BLAME ME for them getting bogged, thus trying to put the onus on me to fix and pay for the situation. In fact, the driver didn't listen to my suggestion. They wanted me to use my old Toyota Ute 4wd to unbog an 8? ton truck, you've gotta be kidding. They were saying anything to avoid paying the cost of getting out of the bog. Eventually I was able to arrange a heavy tow vehicle, (I might add that I didn't need to help them anyway, and I almost walked away after the rudeness of the boss) and the driver of the tow truck, having had similar dealings with these type of people in the past, prudently required payment before hitching up to the tow vehicle. Prior to assisting CEVA with this tow truck, another local I spoke to didn't want to help, as his comment was, simply...they won't pay. Of course, the point came, where they had to pay the tow truck driver. I've had to repair my land with no offer of compensation. Will never use them again."
