She was asked to sign for them and then they were dumped at the end of the driveway. 2 boxes underneath and the heaviest on top. I cannot get the top one down. It is way too heavy. I am disgusted. They are in full view from the street and I cannot move the top box. Delivery cost a lot of money. Service is non existent. I will be requesting a refund of the delivery charge. I wish that I could give them zero stars."
