"I visited the E Shed class on Sunday for the relax and restore class with Deb. I have been absent from yoga for the last few years and wanted to start back with a gentle class and this one was perfect. Deb is such a kind and caring teacher and really supported me. The studio is beautiful, spacious and light and well ventilated. I loved the class and will definitely make it a regular thing every Sunday and hopefully will be able to try other classes with FYC as I get my strength back. I highly recommend this studio."
