"Pool sand filter purchased and installed 2016. 10 year warranty. Property changes hands 2019. Filter casing splits 2022. Response from company. " warranty doesnt transfer to new property owners". Avoid company at all costs. Shonky and in the words of the pool servicing company "much better products out there""
"Horrible experience. Customer service non existent. 5 weeks ago a conversation was started to replace a chlorinator cell which was still under warranty. 1st call promised delivery inside a week. since then every excuse as to why its not been sent. They non longer respond to emails SMS or service request forms. So tempted to just rip out their system . Or maybe its time to contact consumer affairs and lodge a complaint"
