"We signed up with a really lovely sales person Will and is excellant. Everything from there onwards was extremely disorganised and extremely poor communication. No one seemed to know what was going on and honestly wasted so much time waiting for installers to show up and they didn’t. Several phone calls and emails following up to see what is going on. No returned phone calls. We had a damaged heat pump installed just to get it going to ensure no leaks as it has to be run before the concrete works is completed. We have had to stand our ground to try and have it replaced as it was damaged. They didn’t want to replace it. If you go and buy a brand new car you don’t expect to receive it with a massive dent in it. We are currently still awaiting on a replacement one to be installed and correct salt to be sent to site. The call centre staff are not helpful. Terrible experience and customer service and we are regretting signing up with them."

"Please do yourself a favor avoid using this business , I have never experienced anything like this from a company you are paying so much money to. Even to the point we were rudely accused of not paying an invoice before install , which apparently they sent but could not show us the sent threads. Also apparently company policy to pay before install , well they installed without the payment? From the original dig all the way through to handover no communication, poor workmanship, incorrect installation had to come back 3 or more times to fix electricity, pipework , leaks to mention a few. Do yourself a favor read the reviews and do not put yourself through the same pain we did nothing but terrible."

"We are having a horrendous experience with this company. Their office personnel keep giving us different messages. They give us a time for a tradesman and nobody turns up. This has happened on numerous occasions. At the moment our front lawn is covered with a skip bin and yellow sand. Our garage has paving tiles in it and we cannot use it, Our pool which they say is cleaned has rocks and sand left in it and we cannot get them to rectify . We don''t know when the pool will be finished and we first signed the contract in May 2022."

"If you are expecting any after sales service or even responses to your emails or phone calls, look elsewhere. Even contacting the Managing Director directly won’t get you any responses or follow-up. When making a large purchase like a pool, most values based company’s would look to support under warranty - but in this case, finding a reason not to seems to be the goal - plus ignore communication and blame it all on Covid. So frustrated that even the request to refer me to a NZ based company to help me has been ignored."

"What a joke this company is.....They have several different brand names and in that way have the pool market in WA fairly well stitched up. I went through the Buccaneer arm of the company, but it wont matter, it all leads back Aqua Leisure Technologies. I started the process of buying a pool in July 2021. Settled on a new pool after considering a display pool. (Thankfully we didnt get the display as it broke in half while lifting it ,after selling it to another person) We were promised an Installation date in October 2021. A few weeks after we had signed the contract, we were advised that the installation would be April 2022. After repeated phone calls and getting ignored by their so called Operations Manager I was given a possible date in February 2022. This was later changed by them to possibly Novemeber 2021. It was finally installed on 17/18 January 2022. Thats when the problems really started........ The pool is not level, one wall is bowed in and is is impossible to put a header course of pavers on it. The Pump, Filter etc is not what we ordered as per our contract ( we ordered Hayward Pool Equipment ) The so called pencil compaction ( an extra cost of $700) does not seem to have been carried out and if it has it appears to have done nothing. My backyard looks like the lancelin dunes, they still have not been back and the pool is rapidly becoming a sand box. I have spoken with the installion manager to get these problems sorted but after a visit from him and being told yes there is a problem nothing has been done. So after a couple of more emails with no response and a phone call and with their so called Customer Care section, asking them to rectify the problems, nothing has been done and I have not been contacted as requested."
