"Absolutely terrible. Went to pick up a parcel and they would not let me because the name on the order and my full name on my license is slightly diffrent (same last name). Went the next morning to pick it up again with authorisation, store says open at 9am but door still locked at 9.30am? Waiting for ocer half an hour outside with multiple other people who all complained and left. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible experience and can't imagine it will be staying in business long with this horrible management and way this business operates."
