"They did a wonderful, thorough job when they first opened however now you are just rushed through. They want to get through as many people as possible in a short time. The girl who did shellac on my toes cut my nails very unevenly and missed spots on the edges as she did it SO quickly. You no longer get a warm and friendly greeting."

"I felt really inclined to leave a review for these girls, because I'd read the reviews before visiting the first time and was.. concerned. I have had the most amazing experiences in this salon and not just because they do great work. The first time I came to the salon there was a young girl sitting next to me with very obvious social anxiety. Very heightened. She was struggling to talk or articulate what she wanted and it was her first time getting her nails done. She was clearly so stressed and had made some interesting (bad) colour choices that didn't work together but was freaking out and not at all comfortable to say so. Ordinarily, I'm a normal salon like this I imagine she would have been treated like an irritation and pushed out the door. I was shocked and so.. struck by what happened next. Helen, the manager sat down with her and over and over tried to reassure her and calm her down. She kept reiterating that it was not an issue at all for them to change the colours for her.. she was genuine and gentle and so concerned for her and it really just hit me in the heart. The client was overwhelmed and didn't want to change the colours but Helen was so kind and reassuring and the whole interaction stayed with me long after I left. I travel an extraordinarily long way to get my nails done here because they do epic work. I work in mining and my nails cop a beating but these ones last. This last time I've gotten them done I landed in Adelaide quite late and rushed straight to the salon.. I knew I would be pushing it for time and offered not to get nail art as I had originally planned but Helen and the other girl (who's name I unfortunately don't know but is always lovely and an absolute whiz) reassured me that they were more than happy to stay back to finish my nails off properly and they were just.. beautiful to be around. Warm and friendly and just.. lovely. Nothing ever seems to be too hard or too much to ask. They're always accommodating and it's really obvious that the girls take alot of pride in their work and if this is the most I can do to publicly acknowledge that then so be it. I love coming here and testament to that is that I'll drive the seven hours from work to do it. Especially want to acknowledge Helen, your bosses are very, very lucky to have you."

"My only fault is that they use the same nailfile and whatnot with each client, not even cleaning it between and probably the same drill bits so its unhygienic. OTHERWISE, This place is fairly decent, I have never had trouble with my nails except for one time where the skin around a few of my nails was taken off too much. The nail art is gorgeous and there are an array of colours."
