Reviews of Point Malcolm Reserve
"Awesome park and play options for all ages. Sand pit with water feature, climbing structures slides. Two large flying foxes side by side, perfect for racing friends. Basketball and tennis courts with lights available until 9.30pm. Two open grass fields with parking and rubbish bins available. Covered bbq area available also. Toilets available next to surf club."
"Love this park and walkway. We come here often. Different variety of playgrounds for different age groups. Lots of tennis courts and basketball/netball courts. Big grass area. There's always a birthday party at the reserve. And the beach is just a short walk away."
"This place is fantastic, flying fox, good playground, open tennis courts with actual nets, a calisthenics gym, a full size basketball, more playgrounds and its all less than 200m from one of the nicest beaches in Adelaide. Highly recommend, glad I found it and well worth my 15-20min drive."
"Nice beach with all facilities nearby. Perfect spot to see how skydivers are landing."
"Been here before many years ago and came back to find such a big change. The playground was upgraded in 2017 and looks amazing. There are lots of activities for the little ones (kids under 3 years too). Older kids would love the big structure at the middle (challenging climb but fun) and a steep slide. It has gym equipments at one section for anyone wanting a workout. There are multiple BBQs stoves (undercover areas), tennis courts and there is the toilet at the surf life saving building (free to the public). Lots of parking and the beach is in walking distance. There are two flying foxes and multiple swings and slides too. Also, there is a beautiful xylophone to use for musically inclined little ones. We had a nice and wonderful experience. The only negative feedback: the council should install a toilet nearer to the playground."
