Every person who walks in is a potential customer no matter what they look like, what they're wearing or how big their budget is. To treat someone with courtesy and respect is the motto of customer service, be the person that makes their day better or get a new job. Won't go back and I suggest no one else goes there also."

"My first time going to the shop. Was contemplating if I should go to Garden City or other places for familiarity. I was surprised the store has been around for 30 years and I've been living in the area for almost 25 years. The store does have many choice of shoes and I could see the shoes I was interested in, only I couldn't know which is suitable for my need. This is where the shop excels and I am happy I chose to go the shop instead going to other places. It is the service. At a shop owned by a family, they provide more personal service for my shoes need. I got to try many different shoes to try and was given a recommendation which shoes is the best fit. I could tell that he did have an extensive knowledge about shoes. Even when my wife asked if there's any shoes available in her size, just by looking at her current shoes, he already could tell her size is really small. That alone tells me that he wasn't there to just make a sale. I know from experience in the past going to other big shoe stores, the staff was there to do their work, selling shoes. Few did have interest in me, they have their knowledge, but not to the extent of making sure the shoes will work for me. The only downside I see was the parking, it's not the easiest to get. There is one car bay only for the shop though, I was lucky to get the spot. Overall, I am impressed with the experience I had with the shop and definitely will recommend it."
