"Edit: They called an apologied for the error and asked me to take down the review. I contemplated it but then thought about how much their errors inconvenienced me as someone only in town for a short while. They also told me that what I said was wrong with the car was not the case and it was something else. I ordered and replaced what they recommended only to discover, my original diagnosis was correct. So now I am still organising to get the issue repaired. Disappointed & wouldn't recommend. Was only in town for a week, so I pre booked 3 weeks ahead so they would have time to order what was needed to complete the repairs (no investigation was needed to know what parts as I knew the issues) 1 hour after I left the car they called to tell me they didn't have any of the parts, and couldn't get anything in until a week and half later apart from the tires which should take 1 hour. 3 hours later they called to say it was done. I had requested a F+R wheel alignment which couldn't be completed due to the weight but would have been great to know that it may not be possible to get done when I emailed to say I have decided to not get the air suspension, which I had noted I wanted due to the weight in the back. The only thing that saved this from a 1 star review was the front desk guy who was very apologetic, shared my frustration and he didn't charge me for the computer scan (which I didn't actually ask for but felt pushed into getting) Also if you're going to leave a card in the car saying you did a few extras (vacuum, cleaning, wiper fluid etc) might be worth actually doing them or not leave the card."
