"Do NOT use this company!! Unprofessional is an understatement!! They are friendly on the phone but don’t be fooled. They did not come ontime , I waited around for 2 hours as they kept changing the time of the appointment. This company broke the blinds turner and did not notify me . The realestate had to go back 3 times as they did not clean the bathrooms up to standard. I emailed this company and was ignored for 2 days and when I demanded a response I was given one word answers . I asked for notice of when that had returned to rectify the problems , I had zero response . Waste of money , was more of a hassle then I expected. Absolutely DO DONT use this company !!!! You will get shafted."

"Would NOT recommend. Moving is hard enough. Save yourself a headache and major frustration. Booked this company for two separate cleans - a general clean and a vacate clean. The general clean left the first apartment still dusty with cobwebs and shoe prints were left all over the floor. Perhaps we were not specific enough in stating what we needed cleaned. The second apartment was a vacate clean. We'd already booked them prior to the general clean and was too late to book someone else. Cleaners were 3 hours late with no notice (I had to keep texting to ask) and when they finally showed up, they had young children in tow. Not professional at all. A checklist and the property condition report were handed to the cleaners but there was no point to it as they did not follow it. The apartment had always been generally clean and we'd already spent hours cleaning prior to the vacate clean and just needed the final touches done by the professionals. Yet, even the most basic things like the air con filters, fly screens, and window tracks were not touched at all. Enjoy the pictures attached. It was unfortunate that our rental property manager was only able to inspect the property a week after the clean and we were thus unable to make use of the 7-day guarantee. A phone call with the owner resulted in an offer for a partial refund of... 3%. Yet, it is 2 months after the clean and no refund has been made and emails ignored. The owner also gave excuses about the cleaners assigned being new/last minute hires as they were overbooked (not my problem) and not following instructions (again, not my issue). We booked way in advance and paid your company to get things done, not to listen to your excuses and end up doing the job ourselves. There was one good thing though - the carpets seemed well done. I only booked with this company because of the glowing reviews here but my experience was far from what these reviews showed. Don't be fooled like I had been."

"The A Team and Mr T are excellent, I have used them for vacate cleaning and inspection cleans, they are very reliable, and do a great job cleaning, especially the bathrooms, ovens and windows! I find the team very friendly and easy to deal with and pricing affordable. Definitely recommend their services!"
