"This pharmacy has been my favourite for quite some time. Staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, anything I needed has usually been available. But today I was utterly dismayed to see that in a time where Australia has one of the absolute highest Covid infection and mortality rates in the world, staff here don't think they should protect the sick and vulnerable people they serve and wear masks. Surely they would have to be aware of the issues of cumulative damage with every reinfection, as well as the horrors of Long Covid. Unethical and uncaring. For now I will go somewhere, where I feel safe"

However I experienced some mild unpleasantness this evening having to explain a great deal of minutia to a young person working that had not much knowledge or social skills to utilise.
