"If customers have an e-script, they should not go to this pharmacy. They cannot process e-scripts correctly. I have been a customer for at least 15 years but they said they don't have my details in their system. I had to write down my details so they could fill the e-script manually. Was told it could not be added to my safetynet. One staff member behind the counter wanted to give me just one box of medication, not two as I requested. And bizarrely they just added Dr Linda Muntz, who is a GP in Fremantle, to the prescription box label. My GP's rooms are situated in the same shopping centre as Myaree Pharmacy. I have never seen Dr Muntz and I don't live in the Fremantle area. When I queried that they said the e-script did not include the doctor's name. Well ..... why didn't they ask me before they added any doctor's name to the label? I have never waited so long for a script to be filled. Conclusion - despite there being about 6-7 staff in the pharmacy, they don't know what they are doing."
