"Worst experienc of my life at this pharmacy. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Will never be back. I actually go out of my way to drive another extra 5~ kms to a different pharmacy."
"Went in to buy the CK eternity that was price tagged for 38.24 young girl scans it 95$ why co it’s wrong I said sorry but that’s wat I saw and she said yes ur right the price you see is what you get so she got the manager or owner little Asian lady so rude told me not her problem and it’s a mistake by worker and I said sorry not my problem that’s what I saw and that’s what I should get she was rude and made it sound like it’s not her problem and she don’t want to know so stubborn I did say that’s misleading and she didn’t care so I walked out such a rude person but the young girl was lovely what shut service from manager will definitely NOT be back"
"Script took more than 30 minutes and cost 50% more than any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to before- except the other wizard in this mall, which has lost it’s PBS privileges and charges even more."
"*be prepared to wait!!!* I understand it might be busy at the pharmacy shop but if you book an appointment for your booster jab you shouldn’t be waiting so long. Yes there was a power outage but they almost forgot my appointment if I didn’t remind them after 17 mins. The worst part keep servicing other walk in customers continuously and don’t have someone assign for the jab . I’m sure a lot of customers will be complaining about this. The system of lining up is very messy and there is no line and customers are confused. Not only other place I went to do my jab, the results are uploaded immediately and this took ages and yet with two phone calls still not uploaded. Asian lady told me in 5 mins and nothing at all and then saying oh when they get a chance and we closed at 8pm. Yet nothing . I have my tolerance level . I told them i need it for my job and yet nothing . If you can’t meet your appointment and finish what your doing you should not be taking so many customers online and yet walk in . You should be attending for those who book their appointment online first and making sure their results are uploaded first before assisting others. I do have other commitments and appointments to go to hence I book it at 0930 for a reason to avoid the crowd. Not happy ! Management should look into this …."
"We had an appointment for a covid booster jab at 11.30am. Arrived at 11.25am and was told to wait. At 11.45 and11.55am, we asked if the pharmacist has been informed that we were waiting because we noticed that she was serving all these walk ins. Was told that she has to clear all the walk ins coming in for their scripts first. There is a long line of walk ins and more people keep coming in to join the line. We have an appointment but these people don't. At this rate, we will be waiting till 5pm. After much questioning of their system, we finally received the jab at 12.08pm. The pharmacist said she is busy, well, we are also busy, that's why we made an appointment."
