"The rooms are extremely old and worn down. A room with 2 single beds costs $150 a night, and the beds are smaller than average size. The building is old, with narrow hallways. The complimentary breakfast is in the main dining hall. The food is absolutely horrible. Nothing is seasoned, and the food is absolutely flavourless and cold (at 8am in the morning). It is overpriced. Location is the only good thing for this place."

"Great location as it has easy access to the CBD (bus stop basically outside front door) and other Perth locations. Also very easy walking distance to good selection of restaurants and shops. Room comfortable for 1 may be a little small for 2 but this depends on how much time you spend in the room. Parking is available on asking but there is plenty of parking on street after hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to hotel out of hours is easy."
"We were sceptical about this place when we booked it but we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was very clean, tidy and quiet. Our booking had breakfast included which again we were sceptical about and thought it might have just been toast and cereal but again we were pleasantly surprised with a huge clean tidy dining area with a cooked breakfast. This is somewhere I would definitely recommend and would definitely book again. ."
"Booked queen room for myself, spotlessly clean with crisp white sheets on very comfy bed. Room big enough for me to sit & relax, by the window, between appointments. Bathroom so clean, perfect size for needs. Security very high, felt safe. Also happy with dining room food, would def stay again."
