"Store itself is spacious and well laid out. The self-serve checkouts are constantly showing errors and freezing up. There are only one or two checkouts open. Checkout operators are double-scanning items and not packing carefully. Overall, becoming much more difficult to check out either way."

"Used to be a nice place with character. Since the expansion, they have introduced a sushi bar in direct competition with the family run Just Sushi in the main centre area. This is despicable conduct by Woolworths. They have also replaced the 12 items or less lane with a checkout lane for people who have scanned things on their phone. The number of staff on checkouts has been reduced, and the number of self check out machines that accept cash has been halved. This is now a soulless place where customers are unlikely to encounter a human being."
"Bring back the under 12 items checkout. Now I have to wait forever behind people with full shopping trolleys. I seldom buy more than 12 items but I shop every second day. I will never use self checkout as I pay enough for groceries without having to do their work for them. (Many people who self checkout give themselves '5 finger discounts'. I'm not into that)."
"Medium size Woolies to be honest it's lacking variety and choice. The aisles here are extremely narrow and being disabled they were a challenge. Produce appears to be okay and small seafood and deli also. Situated inside a small complex and the carparking space's for easy access for disabled access was dismal."
