"This IGA has a good selection of groceries. Prices are okay. Good selection of healthy food adapted to the seasons such as lot of different soups in winter. Good selection of fruits. Most staff are friendly and helpful."

"Sweet all else in the beachside suburb of cottesloe by way of competition. Therefore, backward attitudes must be tolerated. However, one or two of the staff weren't born in a barn [as in, personableness & manners over contemptuousness], so that's a good thing! Vegetables & fruit as well meat products are overpriced, and frequently rotten. Bad management. And they keep employing really bad natured girls in the hot food takeaway area, they now have a chine nationalist girl who is not very nice, accompanied by two male companions who like to roam the aisles in a very cocky way esp toward australian's. Aided by she who as one is choosing one of the specials at the discount hot food compartment she comes right up behind you and suddenly snatches any food away from you in order to parcel out to her hungry chine companions, no excuse me's! Just a vicious snatching technique to get a pie/pastie special ahead of a whiteman. She is absolutely unfriendly!! wow. Their last one was a norwegian backpacker gal who had all of the personality of your average viking gone berserker! Prior to that it was a dark-haired, aussie girl w lovely chubby cheeks who hated moving too much, becoming very very distempered if you even slightly changed tack when selecting which salad to takeaway -as in very cranky impatient into plain nasty! Then a young but big aussie boy who used to arrogantly charge his trolley at you in order to connect. He, a not very bright, bogan-child who seems to have departed the scene probably before super gets sued over his dangerous stupidity, thank god. There was also a mad maori looking to attack any white man who made it through the front doors into the vegie section, as well a tough looking paki dude who looked similarly inclined as the maori! The Asian guy who occasionally works there is by far the best server they've had, as in, genial and intelligent. They need to put him on full time."

"Attended on Wednesday morning to grab a few items from the Deli and I observed a team member of larger stature strolling around the store who appeared to be rather unkempt. I am uncertain if the smells were an issue from the deli or said team member, but felt rather uncomfortable and would recommend management reviewing store and staff cleanliness"

"What grumpy rude people that run the IGA in Eric St, Cottesloe. They really need to retire and let people that want to be there run it ... I'm not going to bother lining their pockets..I won't be back !!!"
