"Booked an appointment with my friend, and as two 21 year old guys, I was sceptical about having a manicure & pedicure but had always thought about going for one after being recommended it, and especially after my nails had gotten quite dirty and the skin around it being cracked and dry - the 2 ladies were hilarious, provided fantastic customer service, had great prices, and incredible service - they kept us entertained the entire time we were there and took their time to make sure our service was done properly with attention to detail and wasn't rushed, even when new customers came in, definitely want to go back someday & 100% recommend."

"I’ve attended the Nail Depot for the last 5 years every 3 weeks. They’re professional and scrupulously clean. I’ve always observed that the nail technicians wash their hands before starting any procedures and that there’s on going cleansing of all instruments. I have never had any infections of my cuticles during this time.... however I never pick or bite my nails and as a health worker I’m a very frequent hand washer. It seems a little unfair that the last reviewer automatically blames this salon for an unfortunate infection of one of her nails. The wearing of gloves may look impressive but in isolation does not necessarily prevent infection...the gloves may be have been reused and thus soiled from a previous customer or from the instruments/work surfaces. Thorough hand washing is the best way to go and it should be for at least 20 seconds to be effective. This is the policy of the Nail Bar and one that I find reassuring. There are dubious salons around but this is definitely not one of them. I’d recommend the Nail Depot without reservation."

"When I used to get my nails done at other salons, my nails would start breaking easily after a few gel manicures. After discovering The Nail Depot and many gel manicures since, my nails have stayed healthy and look great. I love their online booking system but they’re also very helpful and accommodating with requests via email. All my appointments have been with Izni and she’s wonderful! The salon is clean and spacious. They have a huge selection of colours and their products last longer than many others. I can’t sing enough praises for Catherine and her team, really."
