"Love the cafe so much!"
"I had a great experience at Bunnings Adelaide airport. It is a big store with a good variety of goods for home improvement and gardening. The staffs are friendly and provide good service. I love that this Bunnings is open until 7 pm on weekends, which is very convenient for busy people. It is also close to the airport and IKEA, so you can easily access other places. I highly recommend this Bunnings for your needs."
"I just went to bunning adelaide airport for replacement of a faulty sprayer which bought 30 mins ago as it was missing nozzles. I requested return staff and she said go and pick up from aisle for replacement. There was none so.i said I am.sorry I am in hurry as my 10k worth of concrete job drying as I needed to spray the job. She said she already asked staff members they trying to find more in store. After 20 mins waiting as I asked again she tried to dell me another one which was $25 extra. As I refused to get that and wanted Someone and asked to get quick she called a supervisor Anthony. He listen the story and said me to wait. I said I am already waiting for long enough then he goes sorry I don't like your behaviour and said to staff members to take my pictures on camera and I am not welcome in that bunning anymore.. I said rather than you solve and issue you kicking me out with refund and waste my an hour by coming there and get treated like rude . I think they need to train staff well to behave with customers and listen to the issues if someone get there to replace a faulty item within 30.mins. Anthony need to learn how to be nice and great with customer rather than being rude and try to kick them out from store threatening that they are not welcome if they want to replace something. . Wasted my an hour of life and job delayed as rude person. Thanks to bunning staff"
"Despite the store's impressive appearance, with its excellent organization and spaciousness, I felt compelled to write a negative review due to two unfortunate experiences that highlighted a lack of staff training. The most recent incident occurred when I unknowingly picked up a BBQ mat from a non-promotional box and discovered at the counter that I had been charged an additional $11. Upon reporting the issue to the staff, they requested that I return to the location where I found the item and take a photo, which seemed like a minor inconvenience. After capturing the photo they asked for manager, he explained this code shows fewer details, suggesting that I may have taken it from a different shelf or that it had been misplaced by someone else. Despite presenting the photo once again and explaining the presence of NO other item in that box, I was asked to wait until they could find someone to investigate further. To my surprise, after approximately 10 minutes, they brought me the exact same item and instead of offering an apology for wasting my time, they simply assured me that they would adjust the price just this time! As I said I felt non of them has done customer service basic trainings!"
"We were blown away by the knowledge of Roman today in the paint department. We wanted to paint our driveway and needed some expert advice and that is exactly what we got. He helped us not only with the paint and colour that we needed but everything essential to complete the job . This is not the first time we have had advice from him and it was outstanding. Bunnings you are Very lucky to have him as an employee ."
