"I went into Claremont cellars on the 21/02/2017 at around 11am, I walked strait to the liquor section and kneeled down to have a look at a bottle on the bottom shelf, I read the label then put it back and as I was standing up a staff member approached me and said (I saw you put that down you shirt, put it back and get out!!) I immediately lifted my empty shirt and he was quiet for a moment as I denied the accusation looking at him with utter disgust!! And he started walking away back to the counter telling me to get out or he will call the police and I said I'd like you to call the police and he didn't have a response for that, he just looked down for a moment and the continued to ask me to leave?? I then said (I can't understand what you may have possibly seen??) he made no attempt to apologise and continued asking me to leave. I'm Mentioning this as I felt very embarrassed and harassed by this unprovoked behaviour and do not want this to be done to anyone else. This was not the treatment I expected to receive when I entered the store."
