"I would definitely recommend this company for their dedication and ability to deliver on their commitments. Our pool was installed about a week before Christmas and all involved worked so hard to make sure we could use it for school holidays. All those on site and in the office, were always polite, friendly and professional. The pool looks great, the price was very reasonable and the wife and kids are very happy!"

"My experience was we had Damage to the fence, Damage to the pillar, Damage to the aggregate. Super poor workmanship even the pool fibreglass needed to be repaired. They cleaned the pool and pumped the sand into a sewer drain (legal? no) which blocked it up and they had to get a plumber out to resolve. Wrong pump that we paid for and was not fit for purpose. Chlorinator and light were put in the ground on a pine stake with two steel screws. Ben the maintenance guy is a shining light for the company. The fact here is it starts at the top. Installation and customer service is far from any other business you have dealt with. They need to be given the skills to sort out any customer issue as they hire contractors to do the job. Once the job is completed its just platitudes. 6+ months of promising to get back to you. To this day nothing has been resolved. If you have issues, please follow up with me. As people buy pools over the holiday period. If I had my time again would I consider the Barrier Reef Group? No do not do it - there are better options for similar pricing. Look at the reviews and trustpilot"

Small, but perfectly formed, the Cervantes Range ensured we got the most out of our pool without compromising on depth or functionality! We could not be happier! "Installing a pool in the best of times is a big project without throwing a pandemic, product/equipment shortages and transport/delivery issues into the mix. We did experience problems and hold ups and some days were very stressful, but at the end of the day, it’s how problems are dealt with and managed that matters. A big thank you to Anthony in the Mandurah Display Centre, and to Jeff G. our site supervisor, who both stepped in and stepped up as issues arose and followed up throughout the installation process. The end result is we have a beautiful sparkling pool and are enjoying it day and night, and will do for many, many years to come."
