"Visited this store today at 3.25pm, hoping to purchase some new shoes for my daughter, but the security shutters were closed with a sign saying "be back at 4.15pm". Wandered around the shops then headed to Aldi around 4.10pm (across from Williams) and saw the shop assistant come out of the store, remove the 4.15pm sign and replace it with a "be back in 30 mins" sign. Don't bother shopping here, waste of time!"

"The store is wonderful. There are variety of shoes of different brands and different price levels. However, the most amazing thing is the customer service. I must say that all staff here are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They really care about customers. This afternoon I went to the store to find a pair of shoes to help my foot pain. The lady there (unfortunately I forgot to ask her name) took care of me wonderfully. She did everything she could to find the shoes I need and did not mind at all when I couldn't find anything. She then tried to look up online to find the shoes especially for people with foot pain, gave me very careful instruction of how to find and buy them. And she did not forget to wish me luck. I feel like she really cares about customers. A great personality. I have never seen such a great customer service in any other stores. I wish her all the best and hope that she would keep working here as I would definitely come back whenever I need shoes. xxx"

A very grateful thankyou to Sarah for her assistance with helping my grandson purchase his first pair of school shoes, although the store was busy, she took the time to assist everyone in a timely manner, with a friendly and professional manner also. We had been to many other shoe stores before heading into the store and I must say the assistance we had in this store was at a level well above the others, thankyou again"

"Gianni would have to be the most friendliest helpful shop attendant that I have seen in a long time. They didn’t have the shoes that I was looking for so Gianni went on his computer to try and find them which he did but no stores had any. So he suggested that I order them online and then he even did it all for me. Very happy customer."
