"Very disappointed with the service yesterday. No greeting from the lady that was working in the store. When I purchased an item I asked for a receipt. She said you don’t need a receipt I know it’s our product and then said you can’t get a refund on clearance items. Well I won’t be going back in future. I’ve been in that store many times before and this has been the worst customer service I’ve had. I will definitely be letting my friends know too."

"The most appalling discriminative service my 73 year old mother has just experienced. My mother has a $50 voucher to use. She walked in without a mask (has an exemption) and was refused entry. My mother has walked away feeling more anxious and upset…where has humanity gone..does this lady behind the counter even have a conscious?
