"Response to the comment below: If you’re looking at reporting this to the police, please do. If you think i’ll be using a fake gift card and post it here, then you’re mistaken. I have a Prezzee Voucher that can be swap to any retailers and restaurant in Adelaide. You can check the validity of it as much as you want and do more research. If you think you can scare me with this, I have nothing to hide. I’ll be more than happy to talk to the police and discuss the matter with them. Right now, I am in contact with the Prezzee team to give you guys a call. It was quite a disappointment actually: 1. Went there on time. Told them I have a gift card but they don’t know if I can use the gift card or not. 2. They treat us like we have no money to pay. I told them, it’s not like we only have the gift card, if we can’t use the gift card we can pay in cash. And that’s when the crew started serving us. 3. It took them almost an hour to take our order. And another hour and half to serve us the food. Imagine, we arrived at 7:30PM and got our food at almost 9:10PM. I was starving and others had been waiting for their meals too. 4. The Manager took my gift card worth $350, our bill was approximately less than $250. When I check my gift card online, all $350 has been used without my permission. I was surprised when I refreshed my gift card. They took the photo of the gift card with my IDs and didn’t even bother giving/sending us the receipt. I was really looking forward to eat here but was tremendously disappointed with the service, and the food is “okay” and not worth the price. Please be mindful especially if you have gift cards, they will pretend that they don’t know if it’s acceptable yet they will take all the amount."

"Totally disappointed with food and service of this place. They asked me how I like my beef, i asked for for medium rare. The beef came out well done and tough. My wife got a rotten piece of pork and we had to send it back. Rice was cooked the day before and reheated. The place is understaffed and sometimes the chef who wears short will bring food out like a cheap chinese takeaway. I won’t be going back. Avoid at all cost"

"Nice small place. Hard to find. It's actually upstairs but there's a doorway downstairs that is actually for a cafe but because of the sign above the door it is misleading. Nice food. We had the mid range feed me option. I can't have shell fish so the menu for me was limited (as expected). Option of seating in traditional Japanese setting (with no shoes) or normal tables. I feel like due to it's location is missed by a lot of potential. We were the only one's in the whole place which is sad for such a nice restaurant. Recommend to the Saki tasting plate too to see the different versions... Such a range"

"Food was very average , it was not worth it sadly. However all staffs were very friendly & warm We spend around $400 for 3adults & 1 baby Salmon was stuffy, Yakiniku was very salty ;( Only we feel happy with whole customer service."
