"We have ordered a swim spa from Just Spas Adelaide. Although the delivery time was long due to COVID influence on supply chains, the spa was completed a month BEFORE the deadline. It was delivered expertly and located precisely where we wanted it by the delivery team. The delivery driver recommended an electrician who promptly, efficiently and pleasantly connected our spa and gave us initial instructions how to run it. Soon thereafter John came to make a formal delivery. It was a pleasant and efficient visit. We have ordered the spa because I have a need for hydrotherapy. I have used it regularly for a week after delivery and already see my condition improving. John send us free tickets for Pool and Spa Expo so that we can come there and select additional equipment. "After many years of “thinking about” purchasing a spa I finally chose Just Spas and the Cyclone Zephyr 3 seater. The size, jet combinations and the fact that it is Australian made were the major factors, along with the fact that I know that the after sales service, should I require it, will be outstanding. From the first time I entered their store to the final handover, they were great. The staff know their products and were extremely helpful, keeping me informed all the way along the process.
