"Hi my Domenica frisina I went out with my daughter last night at Westlake resort after work got 1046 pm knot kitchen stay open for us we so daughter ordered tofu bun bun and chicken bun bun and veggie Arancini con balls plus stormy cocktails x2 pink lady cocktail x2 and one Alizle lemonade and Midori lemonade we had fantastic time customer service was fantastic as me working in hospitality know how much customer service need give out sometimes customers need understanding as well if places go is busy need waiting be patient as last night was far out so need wait and we did for one got served it felt fantastic get service by someone else’s in hospitality so know how there are feel and pressure there under gave us a fantastic customer service left kitchen open as well what more could you asked for thankyou for hospitality definitely see us again"

"Much improved new menu. From the WOK has increased portion size to what it should have always been. We are not big eaters but always considered previous Asian dishes as too small. Too noisy, not a place to take clients to discuss business deals."

"Both our breakfast meals were amazing so yummy and big sizes only thing was our meals took 45 mins to come out it was Mothers Day but still took awhile. Staff were great and when I questioned where our meals were they came out very quick."

"What a great venue to spend a couple of days celebrating birthdays. Family dinner all meals were thoroughly enjoyed, hubby found seafood pasta had too much chilli. $10 cakeage fee. Free breakfast huge selection for in house guests."

"We are very lucky to have Lakes Resort Knots Kitchen close to our area. It is a beautiful place with a beautiful view. Been here countless of times.. always had 5* experience of the service and food like laksa gyoza, arancini, burger, fish etc. The manager of the restaurant is the best, very friendly. Recently our experience of the service and new menu was not the best, my salmon was a bit dry overcook. Had this dish many times at home because I love salmon. The service from the bar was not pleasant, I was standing and waiting and the lady did not even look at me and as if I was not existing, (she was not attending to anyone) if she was busy of something else she could have said than not even look at the customer and ignore."
