"Arrived in store today approx 4.30pm to enquire about ladies shorts. Walked around front of shop area for a few minutes looking at a few options before wondering if there were any staff to assist. All 5 staff members were chatting to each other at the counter, 2 behind and 3 in front and looking at their phones. I moved a few times to see if I could make eye contact with no luck. I slowly started to walk in the staffs direction and finally 1 male staff member saw and came my way. Both females at front of counter (in green shirts) still had no idea I was there and did not show the slightest bit of interest in paying attention and appeared to have clocked off for the day?? If this was my business I would be extremely disappointed to see the lack of interest my staff show towards customers. The Nile name will only get you so far!!"
"I recently made a rushed purchase for a gym/work/food/life bag from Georgie in at the lovely Claremont store this week. The next day going to pack the bag for the day I realised that my quick choice was not suited for the job at hand. I returned the item and got myself a new work out singlet instead! The whole process and ordeal was stress free, smooth and easy! Thanks team."
"I love Nike products and decided to check the store out to see what clothing they had. The moment I came in I was greeted and asked "What shoes are you after today?" I responded that I wasn't looking for shoes and that I am checking out their gym/sport clothes range and that I would let them know if I need any help. Moments later I get asked if I need help... The sales person obviously being pressured to meet their KPI's but in the end, I had to leave because of the atmosphere and the pressure I was getting from the sales person after telling them on the first chat that I was simply just having a look at what they have available. Would I come back here? Sure if there's a sale, but otherwise I will probably avoid the store."
