I called them up & whilst they didn't really have capacity to take on any more patients that day, they got him in. I fully appreciate that they kept me completely informed about his treatment, available options & cost of treatment. The practice also accepts gap payments for pet insurance & will process the difference directly with your insurer. Most important of all however, is they all cared!"

The experience here is truly the best I have ever had. My Vet, Dr. Curtis is incredibly friendly, diligent and attentive to every detail. He always has only the best in mind for myself and my dog. He goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is healthy, and that you as the owner feel understood, safe and not stressed. All the staff including nurses/receptionist all behave in the same manner. They look after you like family and always make you feel welcome. I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend this practice, Dr Curtis and all the nurses."
