Grange Veterinary Clinic offers thorough and affordable veterinary consultations six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Whether you have concerns about your pet's health, need immediate attention after an accident, or simply want to schedule a general checkup, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We understand the importance of vaccinations in protecting your pet from transmissible diseases. Whether they're staying in boarding facilities, visiting parks, or even coming to the vet, vaccinations play a crucial role in keeping your pet healthy.
Dental disease is a common issue among cats and dogs in Adelaide, and we prioritize its prevention and treatment. Aside from causing pain, dental disease can lead to other serious conditions such as kidney, heart, and liver disease. Our clinic offers comprehensive dental care services to ensure your pet's oral health.
Desexing is another service we provide, which involves removing part of a pet's reproductive system to prevent them from having offspring. While this procedure is commonly performed on dogs and cats, we also offer desexing for other animals like rabbits and ferrets.
Microchipping is a safe and effective procedure we offer at Grange Vet. By inserting a small chip into the back of your pet's neck, we can easily identify them if they are lost or brought into our clinic. This ensures a swift and secure reunion with their owner.
Our in-house pathology tests allow us to quickly assess the condition of our patients by analyzing blood or urine samples. This enables us to provide accurate diagnoses and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
Our highly skilled veterinarians are experienced in all forms of surgery and are committed to achieving the best outcome for your pet's health. If your pet requires surgery, our friendly staff will guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information and support.
We are proud to sell and support 100% Australian made super premium dog and cat food from N.B. Petfoods Pty.Ltd. in Fremantle, WA. These foods are suitable for pets at all stages of life, from growing kittens and puppies to senior dogs and cats.
At Grange Veterinary Clinic, we have an in-house X-Ray facility that provides instant results, helping us identify any potential issues your beloved pet may be facing. This allows us to swiftly develop a treatment plan and respond promptly to emergencies.
Pet owners trust us to meet the needs of their beloved companions, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our team of specialists is dedicated to delivering the highest level of veterinary care and affection, ensuring that your pets receive the love and attention they deserve.
Thank you for considering Grange Veterinary Clinic for your pet's health care needs. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry family members to our clinic and providing them with the exceptional care they deserve.

"Jane treated me with respect and listened to me as I know my pet, and this is important because you spend so much time with your pet. After introducing myself and Kip Jane showed my pet kindness, gentleness and gave me brilliant advice for his care and treatment. Thank you so much Jane, we love our pets and this is so reassuring. "Pricing seems similar to other vets, but attention to detail in my most recent experience, was lacking. A vet nurse booking my dog in for a consult, observed a cracked tooth just on cursory glance. The vet, who did a full mouth examination (apparently), did not pick this up. Until pupper was undergoing surgery to cotrect something else, and i was contacted half way through to advise of the "discovery" of the broken tooth, with recommendation to have removed (at extra cost) whilst pupper was anaesthetised Cost was not the issue, nor being contacted mid-surgery for consent - it's that it wasn't picked up at the very first consult when her mouth was examined (which was the reason for the consult). A post-surgery complication was also encountered that I believe could easily have been prevented if both shaved sites on her forelegs had been managed the same way. One was not, and now I'm having to apply antibiotics cream daily to one if her legs to prevent infection (where the puncture site bruised and clearly started to cause her discomfort which she tried to relieve by licking, constantly). The other cannula site had been treated with a bandage to, I was told, prevent bruising. Makes no sense both sites weren't treated the same way so bow both she, and I, have weeks added to her recovery, to manage."

"We have moved from our old vet to Grange, my parents cat has been coming here for some years and came very highly recommended by them, we have been very pleased with the care and attention given to our cat and the prices are better than the previous vet."
