"Great place for grocery. Halal meat is also available"
"Good place for buying halal food."
"My wife bought Lb bread and when we opened it at home it was full of mould absolutely unusable, and we live far from there place if we take it back it cost us more expensive by spending fuel, and this is not the fist time by selling expired products, these sorts of business should be reported to health and safety departments to keep eyes on them"
"Very poor customer service from the Butcher. He is extremely rude and has no manners to serve customers. I complained about him to the Girl at Counter. She apologised for his behaviour and mentioned me that other customers complained about him as well. I really like this shop. However, this butcher needs to be educated about customer service. Dear owner. I will appreciate if you can consider this review and do something about it."
"Whether it's a small business or a large entity regular and repeat customers are the true well-wisher for any business. We are operating multiple café businesses for the past 7 years and purchasing meat from my very loyal supplier for the whole time. We usually order every week around 60-80 kg of beef meat. A couple of months ago I visited this local shop for our daily grocery shopping and asked if they could supply us meat for our cafe so we can start a trial order. Since then I have ordered meat around 15 -20 times every week around 40-60kg beef, 10 kg lamb, and 10kg goat. On one occasion we received 4kg beef short in a 40 kg beef order. I have informed their staff Mithu (Butcher) he has offered me 2 kg additional meat in our next order. I told him if he is not willing to give us the shortfall then no need to give us anything as we have paid for the 40kg in full. Then I never order beef from them again. Today I have visited their shop to purchase 10kg of goat meat as we needed it urgently. I have asked Mithu what he is going to do for our previous shortfall. He kept repeating and offering me 2 kg additional meat. I have refused it and informed his owner that I have a couple of cafes and purchased beef always from your shop, On one occasion we received 4kg beef less in our 40kg order. The reason I am informing you is that I believe it is my duty of care to inform you so you can fix it if there is any issue that you may resolve. The owner got aggressive towards me, telling me I am lying and not to come to his shop again if I believe I got less in weight !! I was shocked to see his behavior, as a business owner myself when a customer makes a complaint without even investigating the issue how do you tell your customer a liar and refused to buy again? Especially when you know a business customer telling you there is an issue with one of their previous order. --------- Very pathetic judgment!! Lack of education!! and Poor mindset. I suggest to this owner to learn behavior, customer service first in the Australian way before offering your product to the customer. Then be ready to accept any issue while you running a business without a tempered mentality. You can show your tempered mentality in your home, not with any customer. As per your previous google reviews where the customers have left a review about your rude customer service, stealing in weight, selling rotten food & unauthorized epopts transactions to the customer. It is clear you haven't learned a lesson. I wish you all the best in your future endeavor. If you are a true believer on the day of judgment you will be asked for stealing in weight"
