"Absolutely ridiculous service. Staff weren't willing to sell my partner any fish as they told us putting turtles in with fish is inhumane. So then offered us feed fish. We are not bad people we are just trying to set up a tank and put fish in with our turtle that is no bigger than a 50 cent piece. I suggest knowing your stuff or not talking at all. If I could give zero stars I would. By the way after your ridiculousness we went to another fish flash and they sold us fish who are now happy in the tank with our turtle."

"It makes me sad to say that since COVID hit, these guys have changed their opening hours and have not gone back. That makes it tough for me to get there. Also, some products have more than doubled in price (I know that is not always within their control). These 2 things are going to force me to shop online more, just to try and keep costs within a reasonable range..."
