"Just seriously lack lustre service and on multiple occasions this has happened. The girls that work there have no idea on how to greet a customer or how going the mile to hand the coffee over. I the only one standing there and they just put the coffee on the counter without announcing it nor did they indicate it was mine."
"The coffee here is actually quite good, but not surprising since: - for every coffee they raise their cows from calves then milk them to provide the freshest milk; - For every coffee they travel to Colombia, collect beans and return to roast them for each customer; - They build every cup themselves out of recycled napkins. Well, based on their speed of service, that's what it seems like they do. The wait time this morning was HALF AN HOUR for two coffees and they weren't even busy. Or it could be that the baristas were focusing more on gossip and moving at the speed of sloths instead of doing their job. Terrible service."
