"I called Ian Harris at 9.15am on Thursday 29/12/22 regarding my inoperative Evap A/C and he said he would have a look at it the same day after he had finished an existing A/C installation. True to his word, and despite a 50 minute drive, he was parked in my drive way at 2.30pm that same day. How is that for promptness! We both looked at my existing system (25 years old) up on the roof and subsequently we sat down inside to discuss my options. He gave me the choice - either fix it (replace motor, filter pads, repairs to internal aluminum retaining frames PLUS whatever other components needed replacement) or simply replace the roof unit. He was happy to do either and patiently discussed the pros and cons of the options - including cost comparisons. His advice (and I'm glad I listened to him) was to install a new unit. Deal done! He returned the following Thursday 5/1/23 at 8.00am (as promised) with an experienced, mature offsider and a terrific electrician. Job all completed by 10.30am. No mess. No hassles. Old unit taken away leaving me with a terrific unit (Braemar) with grunt that does the job in my home with ease. Thank you Ian. You are friendly, open, frank and very helpful. Great customer service from a real professional. I am glad I was referred to you! From here on in you are my 2 yearly Service Tech."
"I had problems with my evap roof mounted A/C, I wanted a local person rather than a large company. I called Ian Harris at Cool It Evaporative service, He came out the next day and he was very informative with his knowledge on my existing system, I discussed a rebuild or new (as I knew the costs to rebuild and approximate costs of new and install) I realised Ian was a trustworthy knowledgeable professional. I decided to purchase new from Ian no only was the service the best I had seen for some time the unit was installed with a electrician on site the very next day.
