"Well that was disappointing. First time to this salon and I'm greeted by a stony faced girl who hardly says hello. Grumbles something about who she is and that she'll be cutting my hair today... already I feel like leaving it's been such a cold welcome. I get given a half-arsed hairwash and it feels like she's left shampoo on the back of my neck. No head massage during conditioner. All my attempts at conversation are rebuffed with an obvious disinterest so I stop trying. The haircut itself seems to go ok... albeit in silence, until she stops abruptly with my hair still sopping wet and goes 'how does that feel?' ... um, I have no idea I feel like a drowned cat... Usually if you're going for just a trim and no blow-dry they at least make sure you don't leave in a situation where you're likely to catch a cold but not this salon. I get ushered to the counter... with no smile and very few words, I pay $65.95 for my ordeal and slink out feeling embarrassed about my sopping wet hair as I scuttle to my car to go home. I will NOT be going back."

She has wonderful customer service skills. My hair looks great too! Great cut and blow dry. I came in using a Groupon and will definitely return."
"I would recommend this saloon. I have been going here many times now and will keep coming back. All the ladies are professional, honest, transparent about the prices and friendly, and have always made me happy with the results. They are experts in blonde hair and can make fantastic lightening results! Also the services are reasonably priced and they often have deals. The only thing that could be improved is for them to try to minimise switching between hairdressers. I know that way the amount of clients is maximised, but it can make the client feel less special.
