I was served by Colette, a gorgeous and enchanting woman who was patient and truely caring, taking her time to help me select and intricately wrap a beautiful 1st birthday present for my nephew. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend visiting this store. Thanks again Colette."

"My wife tried to exchange a gift purchase. Having been there two weeks ago, the attendant requested proof of purchase. Returned to the store today with proof to be told that because there is a 30 day policy, the items could not be returned. Fair enough. But then the staff proceeded to have a laugh about it. Very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Not returning to this particular store again and will ensure our many friends don’t either!"

"Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff members. I was in the store Sunday 4/12 afternoon trying on lots of items to purchase… not one (out of multiple) staff members approached to assist. Two staff members were too busy helping ONE customer who apparently was the priority. I then leave my number for them to contact another store for stock, I NEVER hear back from them. Trying to call other stores is near impossible."

"In regard to the Seed Kids side of the store… the baby clothes are right at the back of the store, but with the way the store is configured it was far too difficult for me to push my pram back there to browse. Would’ve loved to have looked but I just couldn’t be bothered navigating the racks and baskets and things on the floor. Next time a Seed Kids store is fitted out, please employ someone who uses a pram."

"I went there this morning. Walk around for less than 10 minutes and not one staff approached me if I need help. There are 3 staff on the floor and there were no other customers around."
