"Staff are rude and don’t greet you. Went in today 20/12/22 and worst customer experience ever girl with weird blue dyed hair wearing a blue dress and doc martens expects everyone to move for her and to use their telekinesis to know exactly where she wants to go. She is staff btw. So many staff but no help finding sizes and none of them doing any work they all stand around chatting. Place was a mess couldn’t see anyone cleaning it up was all just customers trying to shuffle through the mess. Disgraceful and disgusting experience will not be stepping foot in this store again. Also is it difficult to say hello to someone when they walk in?"
"The staff ignored me while I was looking for clothes, no eye contact/ welcome or even a hello, they just act like they are better than you, the store is a mess and unfortunately as much as I love the stores fabrics nothing goes well with sizing wish it could be better, maybe talk to staff about customer service and ask them to be more welcoming as I just felt like I shouldn’t be there at all. Also it’s not the first time in this particular store that I’ve felt unwelcome."
"Got to the counter with 10 items of clothes and the only option is to buy their own tote bags or carry the clothes out as loose items.. I let the sales girl know I didn’t wish to purchase their $2 tote bag as I wouldn’t use it again. She told me it was the tote bag or nothing.. so I let her know I would leave it and walked away. I wonder how many sales they miss out on trying to sell a $2 tote bag.. crazy.. shop was also very messy, was not offered assistance, overall a poor experience. Shame, as my girls love their clothes but it is what it is. The product is not that good I can excuse poor service"
"They completely ignored me when i tried to talk to the manager about exchanging an item deemed faulty( I think her name was Rebecca or something). I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes in the store because the manager stepped out of the store to receive a phone call but after 20 minutes, I just gave up. I told one of the nice girls at till that i would come back another time but I am just too annoyed. How is that girl a manager when she blatantly ignored me, told me she would be right back because he phone was ringing and just left me there without any answer!"
"Appalling customer service. I was forced to pay cash for an item (when I had a voucher to use) because their computer was down, and got home to find the sales assistant had put the wrong size pants in the bag (which I hadn’t even tried on, so no idea how how that even happened). I then had to return to Karrinyup to exchange for the correct size. At least I could get a refund (given it was their error re: payment system being down *and* giving me the wrong size) and use my voucher as I’d planned to in the first place. But no. 2IC and area and regional manager said they were not prepared to do so. Thanks for the inconvenience x 3, Ghanda. Will not be shopping here again."
