"Was a happy satisfied customer until today. Went to return some pants that had a flaw on them that I noticed on day 1 of wearing. Was informed by the returns lady, who checked with her manager, that the flaw wasn't a flaw and that's how they looked (loose stiching around the pocket area) but then she couldn't explain why the pants in the store did not have the flaw. Overpriced store if they expect their merchandise to look like that after 1 day of wear. Will never shop here again. #theverypantsIwasreturning"
