"The place is not exceptional but the warmth of the hotel staffs are above par. Jessica was the one who was assigned at the front desk to welcome our team. She’s welcoming and provided excellent service. She patiently explains any info we needed and she goes beyond the normal customer service we usually get in hotels."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Requested them for a upper levels room, gave me in the lowest level. Room had another door which was locked, god knows what where that door leads to, probably another room? Was feeling uncomfortable thinking about what if someone opens the door from the other side when we’re asleep. Room was cold as the air conditioner wasn’t working. Staff at the reception was friendly, but so disappointing that they gave this room. Feels like we’re was scammed by them!"

"Not what we were expecting, room very ordinary and smells mouldy, like an age care facility. No view of anything significant only a concrete wall of the adjacent building. Worst Novatel we have ever stayed in. Good location but would not recommend this accommodation, better elsewhere."

"For the price we paid (200A$) its a very good deal. We are a family of 4, we got a large room with a view, fridge, TV. Very clean, comfort beds. The hotel is about 5-7 min walk from center. I would definitely come back."
