"Fantastic doctors that go above and beyond for their clients. To those complaining about the 48 hour cancellation policy, this is typical of most businesses in this field. Given the high demand for their services, you should be grateful you can get in. With insufficient notice they are unlikely able to fill those spots or potentially not in a position to expand their client base and offer the same level of service."

"Review their policy carefully. Cancellation policy is the club needs to be notified of changes within 48hrs. This is fine if you can cancel within the required time frame, however I had to cancel mine and my husbands couple therapy session within 24hrs due to my youngest son, (15 months) falling ill with gastro. Something totally out of my control. Prior to being charged a fee for the session, we were offered a tele-health session however I declined due to our son being quite sick and needing my comfort. We were still charged a FULL FEE of $170.00. I emailed our therapist Anita Blackwell expressing my displeasure and frustration around this, especially seeing as it was something out of our control and never had a response from her or anyone else at the Club. We are now no longer going back to the club, 1) as a result of the lack of compassion and understanding over our situation at the time and why we couldn't attend the session and 2) I don't believe policy is truly fair or easy to comply with in all cases."

"Do not ever see aleeza, she is a lying snake, she told me she would show me a copy of the report to the doctor to make sure I agreed with what she wrote, but what she actually sent to the doctor had completely different Information and straight up lies, she told the doctor I had constant suicidal idealisation even though all I said to her was I had the odd thought about it, and asked to have my medication which I needed cut off despite lying to my face and telling me she was fine with the medication as long as I was also seeking long term treatment which I agreed I would. I Have been suffering severe anxiety and stress and unable to leave my house because of her, obviously she doesn't care because she's not the one suffering and has plenty of money and a great job, two things I may never be able to have, anyway to anyone reading this do not trust her, please see someone else!"
