"The worst service ever! they deserve a zero or minus. I booked in a delivery between 7 & 9 am, this is the time that they committed to and now I'm told that it will arrive between 3 and 4pm, I'm not holding my breath! When I call them they tell me they are 10 minutes away! And it's not the first time!"

"Wish I could give them -10 Absolutely horrible service. My container arrived in Freo on 21st November and to date I have not received any of the goods. Only one "God" Edwin Michelic there knows everything and he does not even bother to return phone calls. So bad and lazy they are, they are not even willing to transport the "cleared" goods/pallets. If I had workers like him working for me, I would sack them straightway. We have incurred a huge loss of opportunity to open our new shop before Christmas, the condition of our goods (food items) are a question mark now and nobody there is taking any responsibility whatsoever. Pathetic is the right word to describe them. Please STAY AWAY from them I'd strongly urge."
