"If I could give 0 stars I would. The treatment from this vet clinic is disgusting and unprofessional. Our billing was sloppy and done incorrectly. We received the wrong amount of products, and they pressured us into buying microchips despite us communicating earlier we were doing those services elsewhere. They had harrassed us for weeks after our appointment with excessive calls, emails and texts. Out of our own resources, we have rescued and are fostering feral kittens found on our property. We have taken on this responsibility as all pet rescues are so currently overwhelmed. In an appointment where we spent $1500 to care for these kittens, we noticed one of the kittens had a slightly irritated eye from a small scratch she received earlier, probably playing with her siblings. I pointed this out to the vet as she hadn't even noticed. We paid for eye treatment and treated it accordingly. The kitten showed no further issues. This clinic is not our closest vet by any means and they are not innately owed our money. If the situation worsened it would be OUR decision to take the kitten to OUR closest and more RELIABLE clinic. But this clinic figured we owed it to them to go back to them. To the point they reported us to RSPCA. We had to prove to the RSPCA one of our kittens was not neglected or abused. We corresponded with RSPCA and were immediately able to provide proof the kittens eye is completely healthy and fine. It's disgusting that a vet clinic would waste an already completely overwhelmed rescue services resources over something baseless and petty. We hope that no one else endures this and that this clinics relationship with RSPCA isn't impacted in the future when actual animal abuse occurs and they may need to report it. Not just someone deciding to take their business elsewhere! (Kitten below that they wasted RSPCA's time with. She looks truly abused/neglected! Not that they even knew which kitten they were requesting back since they sent several appointments requests for entirely wrong kittens)"
