Sparrow Early Learning Warwick
About the Business
Welcome to Sparrow Early Learning Warwick! We are a nurturing and home-like institution located in the beautiful area of Warwick, Australia. Our dedicated educators provide early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, following the principles of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework.
At Sparrow Early Learning Warwick, we believe in celebrating each child as unique individuals. Our educators focus on meeting the individual needs and interests of each child, creating a personalized and holistic curriculum. We strongly emphasize nature and outdoor learning experiences, allowing children to connect with the natural world and develop a love for the environment.
Family involvement and participation are highly encouraged and fostered at our institution. We value families as our co-educators and believe that their involvement is essential to their children's learning journey. We provide opportunities for families to participate in all aspects of our service, creating a strong community of learners.
Our indoor learning spaces are designed to feel just like home, filled with materials and resources that come straight from nature and everyday life. Activities are open-ended, allowing children to follow their interests, use their imagination, and engage in social interactions with their peers and educators.
Outside, our engaging outdoor spaces provide further opportunities for imaginative and collaborative play. Children can enjoy unstructured spaces, quiet shady areas, climbing structures, and sandpits, all under the protection of large shade sails.
As the service manager of Sparrow Early Learning Warwick, my passion for working with children is evident in everything we do. With over 13 years of experience, I strive to inspire my team and build meaningful relationships with our Sparrow community.
We follow the Sparrow Way, a unique practice that combines proven international early learning methods. Guided by the principles of Reggio Emilia and underpinned by the Early Years Framework for Australia, we create an environment where children can explore, discover, and invent, finding solutions through their natural curiosity.
We have an open-door policy, welcoming families to visit and walk through our centre at any time during operational hours. Once families have completed a tour, they will receive an enrollment pack with all necessary paperwork. Our orientation process is tailored to support the needs of each family, ensuring a smooth transition into early learning childcare.
We understand the importance of the Government Childcare Subsidy, and we work closely with families to help them access the subsidy and ensure a seamless experience.
Don't just take our word for it, hear from our happy families who have experienced the joy and smiles at Sparrow Early Learning Warwick. "The staff are lovely. My little one is always happy to go and is always smiling when I pick him up. Would definitely recommend."

Reviews
"Amazing environment to play and learn, as an educator there, I can say that every day is just so amazing, to see smiling faces from the children and educators. Fantastic place to grow and develop young minds. Children get to explore their surroundings and feel close to nature. As an educator here at Sparrow, I enjoy teaching and learning with the children. What they learn and do here they will take with them as they grow and develop even more in life."
"Such a great centre! Our little man loved it and made some great friends. The carers genuinely love and cared for him and we were very appreciative!"
"I absolutely love Warwick Jellybeans and can't recommend it enough. I was quite nervous about putting my 1 year old into daycare for the first time but the ladies in the babies room are brilliant and he is so happy and well cared for. My 4 year old also attends there and always has so much fun in the Kindy room. All the teachers are so lovely and welcoming, it's a really great centre!!"
