"Extremely disappointed. I had financed a car through you lot some 6/7 years ago and had misfortunes along the way which you guys made a lot of money out of me. With the current COVID-19 crisis and finding myself unemployed I have had to take out $10k from my super to survive. With a big chunk of this going out to pay the balance on my loan I was disgusted to have to pay you an extra $250 or so to close the account. How many people have or will you do this to during these difficult times? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Never again and never to be recommended. 0/10"

"Absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend anybody to this company. My Contract was completely paid out and direct debits continually came out even after account is paid in full. Now its taken me a month to try to get my money back and still hasnt come through. Most unprofessional, uneducated, misleading company ive dealt with. Really reconsider if you are looking at Crapital. Surely its illegal to completely lie to customers on the phone and tell them false information. Never ever again! Never beem happier that im out. If I could rate this with half a start I would."
