"This company was provided to me through the good guys for a warrantee job on my washing machine. From the very beginning it was very bad customer service and only got worse. I was booked in and canceled plans for them to come out and attend to inspect the washing machine. They never showed up. I called and asked if they were still coming and was told that they didn’t even have me booked in for that day.. even thohey specifically told me the day and time over the phone and I was writing it all down at the same time.. then when they finally came out they looked at the washer and the guy said it seems to run ok.. I explained it was heating the water properly and I wanted him to take it apart and actually check it not just run the washer .. the heating element or whatever it is that controls heating wasn’t giving a correct reading so he ordered a part and said it should take about a week to come in and then they would come back out and replace it. Two weeks went past and I called asking what’s going on. They said the part wasn’t here yet and that it should be here really soon and they will call me as soon as it’s in. It’s now been well over a month and still nothing. Noones called me or tried to contact me in any way to arrange to come out and fix it. I definitely do not recommend this company at all! Not professional at all! Customer service skills are zero. If I didn’t know any better I’d say they are an insurance scam. Taking the money from warranty jobs and pocketing the parts or money and not completing the jobs. Avoid and find someone more reliable."
"On Saturday 8th July I first contacted the company via their website as my fridge had stopped working. I had heard nothing back and called them on Monday 10th in the afternoon. I advised them that the fridge had stopped cooling but sounded like the motor was still running. I also provided the serial number of the fridge. I was told they would do “some research” and that they would be able to call out to the house on Friday 14th. I wasn’t given any time of when they would be attending my address. On Friday 14th I had not heard anything from them. I sent a text message through to them at 9.30am wondering if they were still attending, as I had not received any confirmation information. They called me back at 11.20am. They said they had me booked in and asked when I was available. I advised they could attend from 2pm. They said that was fine but gave no indication of a time of attendance. At 4.50pm I received a phone call saying they would be at my address in 25minutes. He arrived and didn’t seem to have done “some research” in relation to the specific fridge. He had a look at the fridge for about 10minutes. He advised me that it would be cheaper to get a new fridge and conveniently shared that he sells similar fridges wholesale for about $950. I was then charged $205 for the 10-15minutes that he was here. I understand call out fees can be expensive but the customer service in the situation was pretty brutal. Having to follow up with the company and not having any confirmation of when attendance would be is pretty poor. Not having done any maintenance or work on the fridge but costing $205 and advised to buy a new one has definitely left a bad taste. Would not recommend this company."
"Appears to be cheapest on the market but technician took 5min to diagnose issue, lured us into thinking easily repaired, told us the office would contact us to arrange pickup to workshop. If I didn't follow up two days later as I'd not heard from them, I would still be waiting. I was then told it was not economically viable to repair as spare parts and service cost close to new machine. They were very quick to charge the full call out fee for no help at all. Would not recommend."
"The stars given are for the Technician Kevin’s work but the owner needs to practice what his website preaches. The customer service was zero from this company. I had chase this guy three times and he didn’t have the courtesy to get back to me once, even when he said he would. I’m fairly certain he hadn’t even booked my job in on the day we had planned. It’s not difficult to speak to your customers promptly and your business would definitely get better reviews. Thanks to Kevin for your professional service."
"Bought a part not long ago. was very happy with the part. This time around I needed a repair service for my fridge... Service was quick and the technician (Kevin I think) is so skilled in what he does. Wanted to write the review 10 days ago right after the service but thought i would wait to see how my fridge would perform after repair. Been 10 days and the fridge works fine without a problem. Thanks!"
