"Was pleasantly surprised by their service today. I had to transport my elderly ill small dog to the Vet, which is impossible to do with Uber. I was concerned that as it was a short trip & I didn’t have a carrier (only seatbelt restraint) that I would not find a driver. Well, I found two of the most pleasant and accommodating people. Both legs of my journey were quick and efficient with my second driver, Don, going out of his way to get me as I didn’t receive SMS notice of his arrival. Most excellent service!"
"I got into a cab to take a trip from the Airport to the Adelaide CBD. A short while into the trip I noticed that the driver was coughing and was clearly sick with influenza. Several times during the trip he opened his window and coughed which only made it worse as the infectious droplets were then circulated throughout the interior of the car. I never have high expectations of cabs, but this was a new low. Working while sick and knowingly infecting your many passengers is just plain irresponsible."
"Booked with Suburban 24 hours beforehand. When it didn’t turn up I ‘phoned them - twice. I told them I needed to catch a flight. Still no show! I then ‘phoned Adelaide Independent Taxi’s and a cab was at my home within FIVE MINUTES. It was quite stressful - especially when I needed to catch a flight. Needless to say I’ll be deleting the Suburban Taxi’s app from my ‘phone."
