Anaconda Innaloo

"Anaconda in Innaloo offers an impressive range of products for outdoor enthusiasts. However, my recent visit was marred by the behavior of some staff members. While collecting my order, I overheard them using their radio headsets to mock another customer. It was quite evident and left a poor impression. The store has a lot to offer, but professionalism among the staff needs to be addressed."

"I have only been to this store a couple of times but on both occasions the staff and service has been exceptional. As a bloke approaching his mid-fifties I find that some places tend to give the impression that I should just curl up and die or that my age might be seriously contagious. Not here. The staff are helpful, friendly, courteous and respectful. Both times that I have been here to the Innaloo store (many months apart) I have been astounded at just how helpful the staff are and they're keen to assist. It feels like they're actually passionate about their work as well as the outdoors and not simply there watching the clock. Genuine service, great advice and fantastic products, what more could you ask for?"

"Great staff experience and customer experience. Chris was very professional and polite. Had some minor issues with my tent and he was able to help me out and provide me with multiple repair options. "Went into the Innaloo store today. As I entered, there was a lady at the counter asking if she could bring her blue heeler dog (on a lead) into the store. The person at the counter was only too happy to let her. Short time later, see the dog walking through and brushing up against the clothing. What on earth is going on these days... leave your dog home if you want to go shopping. Unless they are assistance dogs, I am sure you can survive an hour without it. I like dogs but don't believe they belong in shops or restaurants. World has gone barking mad."

My Id was asked for identification purpose and staff RICK and coworker tall girl, i think AMANDA, both laughed on my name right in front of my face while trying to pronounce it (my given name is not even funny though it us hard to pronounce at first). Those two shouldn't be working in retail. sloppy and UNPROFESSIONAL."
